Nobody at the counter to take the order. Waited - told to order via the kiosk then someone appeared. Ordered berry parfait - just strawberries. Not great.
Completely incapable of handling the weekday lunch rush which is surprising considering their uptown location. Kitchen was slow as molasses despite multiple people working back there. No joke there was a list of backlogged orders 20-30 deep and customers were having to give up and leave because they had waited so long for their food already and it still wasn't ready. I'm here to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received at your location today. What was supposed to be a simple lunch order turned into a frustrating and unacceptable experience. I placed my order and waited over an hour before receiving a notification that it was ready. I immediately went to the pickup window and spoke to an employee, who told me to wait. Consistently takes like 10-15 minutes to give me a bagel that's already been made because of their very poorly run kiosk ordering system.
Love this lil morning pit stop or to grab some lunch and the manager Michael is always on point and friendly. He knows what he is talking about.
