I’ve never experience bad customer service like this at a Panera. The order was completely wrong and when I called to speak with the manager she was not apologetic. I’m thankful she refunded me but did not offer to remake the order or anything. Very disappointing!
haven’t been to panera in a while but they really have upped their game! i got the steak and mozzarella sandwich it was delicious. the broccoli cheddar soup was just how i remembered it. staff was friendly and professional and the dining area was clean and very open. perfect for getting some work done.
Very slow service. Messed up my order and when asked the ladies were pretty rude saying I need to wait as they got too many things going on. I am done with Panera. Not stepping into this chain again
