Their ice machine has mold in it. Every piece of ice in my cup kept coming out with mold.
I haven't eaten here in years and now I remember why. I pre-ordered via the app an asiago bagel sandwich, which had literally 3 tiny pieces of chicken and so much aioli that the whole bottom bun was literally soggy. And there was so much arugula that I actually removed some just so I could close the sandwich.
