Food is good but service is joke here they always messed my order , wrong food items send with my order they I didn’t even order . And what I have ordered is missing
I ordered from thier web site $44 worth of items and was shorted my smoothie. When i called the manager was rude and told me that's too bad that I'd have to go through door dash to get my money. I have the ring camera and can prove the bag was sealed and the reciept shows they didn't check it off. Never will i go through them again!
My mother ordered her food from Panera through the Panera app delivery and when we received it she was missing her smoothie. The bag was sealed with the receipt which shows how they check mark each item completed before they set it out to be delivered with the smoothie clearly not checked off. We called since we ordered through your app and the first answer we got was that they could write her name down to pick one up in the future so we wanted to talk to a manager for a refund.
