I come several times because I work nearby and always run into the same problem. They take forever to get food out. I have tried many different routes to avoid this situation but always end up waiting for my food for more than half my lunch break. If you order inside to-go , expect about a 30 minute wait. If you go through the drive-thru they won’t hesitate to tell you to pull forward because it will AGAIN be a 30 minute wait. Waited upwards of 6 mins at the counter for the staff to notice me, those who noticed me just proceeded to the back kitchen area and sent no one to help. I'll never get those minutes, as small as they are back.
Used to love the breakfast Soufles!! When they pulled them off the menu and then they returned…they clearly were smaller and the delicious and light flaky pastry was replaced by a thick biscuit-like dense dough! Was willing to put up with the slow service but all these changes to the menu items has me looking elsewhere!
