I frequent this Panera location pretty frequently; a few times a month. The location is always very clean, staff is polite, food is delicious. Today they went above and beyond to ensure I had a positive experience following a shortage of an item I ordered. Roger and the other gentleman whom I believe is also a manager exceeded expectations with their efforts, very positive outcome. I will continue to frequent this location, highly recommend.
Rude, just came through the drive-thru placed order and was rushed through provided with a total prior to finishing. Mention that I wanted to ask about another item, when I mentioned the item, I was cut off and told that that was canceled 12 years ago if there was anything else... It's crazy how people think that it's okay to treat your customer base like this. Guess we are taking our business elsewhere. I will say that she tried apologizing by saying, " I'm sorry we don't carry that item" but the issue was the approach and ... read more
