Customer service was excellent
I had a terrible experience at this Panera location. It took over an hour to get my food. When I complained, the staff and manager were incredibly rude. They didn't apologize at all and simply told me to leave and that they would refund my money. This store is a disgrace to the Panera brand and should be shut down. It was the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Friendly service. Good food. I like the free 2-month sip club promotion that Panera is doing. Free drinks every two hours for members.
