I am sip club member and I order online a coffee and is never ready. All they have to do is put a coffee cup in the pickup shelve. But is not ready.
This has been one of the most disappointing Panera Bread locations I’ve visited. I come here regularly for coffee, and the experience is consistently poor. The coffee is often not fresh. Many times the coffee hasn’t even been brewed, or the milk is empty. The coffee station is frequently dirty, with milk containers and coffee dispensers that are not cleaned properly and sometimes even leaking.
