I’m only doing this review for the cashier jayla. She was SO patient with me when my gift card was trying not to authorize the payment and then my debit card did the same thing! Both had money on them. She was very willing to wait for me to figure it out and even left the register open for me while she took other customers on another register. Such a pleasant attitude. Absolutely one you would want at the front of the store for sure. Thanks Jayla!!!
The tables, seats, and cloth in booths are usually dirty. Spills on floor are not cleaned regularly neither. Manager, please keep the dining area clean.
I go to the Panera Bread in Catonsville almost every day, and the staff is always so friendly and kind. They greet me with a smile, the service is fast, and the atmosphere is comfortable. It’s one of the best Panera locations I’ve been to because the team truly cares about their customers. Great people and great service.
Absolutely horrible place I’m door dashing and I had to wait 40 minutes for my order to get prepared there was no excuse they had multiple workers some on their phone and some not caring never going here agin.
