I was so excited when Panera opened near me. I enjoy the food and atmosphere. I was excited to see tablets to make ordering quick and easy. I appreciated not having to wait in the line that formed. The food came out quickly, but my tomato soup was lukewarm. Wanting to eat, and not too much more work for the kitchen, I politely asked the woman who delivered my food if she could reheat it for me.
