This is my local Panera and on too many occasions I have gotten either the completely wrong order or multiple items missing... Very frustrating especially if ordering to go, I have to make sure to double check every-time. Support is very helpful when you call, but shouldn't need to do that if ordering a simple soup or baked goods.
