One of the best
Unfortunately, I had a really bad experience with this location. I accidentally placed my online order here by mistake, and I’ve been trying to call several times to get some help canceling it — but no one helped me. The only person who finally answered the phone was extremely rude. He told me he was busy, that he couldn’t help me, and then hung up. Panera Bread is usually my favorite go-to place, but I had a disappointing experience at this location. We ordered two sandwiches and clearly mentioned the Pick 2 offer, but the cashier charged full price and didn’t give us the bill until we asked. When we pointed it out, he said he “didn’t hear” us. Disappointing service — hope the staff pay more attention to customer requests next time.
