I ordered a bread bowl soup and it was a complete disappointment. The portion was kid-sized, which makes no sense for a soup that costs around $10. On top of that, it arrived cold, and the bread bowl (from a place literally called Panera Bread) was hard frozen in the middle after waiting 25 mins cause she said “it in the oven”. This was my first and definitely my last time eating Panera ever. I’ve never felt so disrespected by a meal. The only redeeming thing is the coffee at least that’s hard to mess up.
