My favorite sandwich was gone, the pepperoni hot sandwich So I ordered phylli steak, that was a disappointment. There is not enough meat in the sandwich. 9/8/2025 So new order today I requested baguette for lunch, I got a bag of chip!! Where are my 3 treats because of the error that was made on my order. There seems as there wasn't anyone to run the register, same person from front to back . That isn't a great customer experience at all.
I cant believe it takes over 30 mins to go through the drive thru. I had a rapid order. Get it together panera.
This review is for the sandwich only. Not sure what the hype was about cause my sandwich definitely didn't look like everyone else's on tik tok...but real stingy on the meat for a bagel...pretty much just what it was a ln asiago bagel with a jalapeno spread. It's some meat up there but definitely couldn't taste it...I hadn't eaten all day and it's 6p do I ate it but won't be ordering again. My mom's philly ciabatta had loads of juicy meat though enough for 3 sandwiches and she wasn't trying to share lol I'll be getting that ... read more
