I was really disappointed with my recent visit to this Panera location. The dining area was noticeably dirty, with tables left unclean and floors that clearly hadn’t been taken care of. On top of that, the portions were much smaller than expected, especially considering the prices. The best thing is the unlimited sip club membership! Wonderful place to come hang out and enjoy a quick meal. Service is not always the friendliest especially when I have to go up because they made my sandwich wrong. I think the portion of soup, for the price you pay, is too small. Otherwise, the sandwiches are great. I do miss the old sourdough loaf they use to have.
They don't know how to put app orders on the app order shelf and waste your time while you wait there thinking it's not ready when they're holding behind the counter for some reason
Over priced
Pretty sure I got food poisoning from this location tonight. Ordered the broccoli cheddar soup. Within an hour of eating it, I puked the entire thing up. My husband only had his sandwich and we threw his soup and an additional sandwich away. What a waste of $50. I plan to contact the health department if I don’t hear back.
