I wish you could leave zero stars! I ordered our food the day before to ensure my wife's Mother's Day order was available and it was confirmed and paid for without issue. I received a phone call after I drove to the Panera that the major part of my order was sold out and unavailable. Apparently they employee incompetent individuals who can't do the basic function of setting an item aside for already paid for items!
