My broccoli and cheese soup was iced cold. I didn't get my bread with my soup and when I asked for it they give me a stale and hard as a rock piece. The restaurant was really dirty with nasty food on the floor and on the seats and the tables were all dirty. I been to alot of panera bread stores and this one has been by far the absolute worst. I won't be giving them my business anymore.
took over thirty minutes, they charged us double, woman sneezed into her hands and then continued to make our food without changing gloves. also messed up order which took another ten to fix, there was no one here so it should not have taken that long
Good location and nice decoration
Myself and my two toddlers all got food poisoning from their turkey sandwich over the weekend. All that was on it was bread, turkey and cheese so assuming it was the meat. Not to mention the lack of cleanliness of the tables (when there was maybe 5 other people in the place eating).
