I had a really disappointing experience at Panera Bread, largely the behavior of the manager, Amanda. From the moment I interacted with her, she came across as extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of addressing concerns professionally, she spoke in a tone that felt condescending and unhelpful. Good customer service starts from the top, and unfortunately, her attitude set a negative tone for the entire visit.
