Some of the greens in the salad were browned and not crispy. The chicken soup was watery. The side bread roll was just thrown in the bag loose, not in a wrapper.
I ordered through Panera’s app and my delivery was supposed to arrive at 11:35am. I received a text from their third party delivery (Door Dash) saying that the restaurant said that someone else had picked up my food. I called Panera and spoke to the manager Hannah who assured me that she would put the order in again (at noon). 1pm, still no food. Hannah claims that Door Dash said I cancelled the order.
