I am a Panera Sip club member for the past three years. I started at the Redlands location and was never really a fan of their lukewarm service. However, when I noticed that this Panera was closer to me, I decided to try out their drive-through. They were always friendly and efficient even though my coffee order is a bit complicated (large iced coffee with extra half and half and "four pink sugars").
