This is a great Panera! Fast service & the manager James is always so friendly! He is always helpful & with a smile that is very welcoming.
My Aunt and I visited the Lees Summit store yesterday. Our low tire light had come on as we were heading to Panera, so we attempted to use the ‘gadget’ my aunt had for inflating a low tire. It was windy and chilly outside so we were trying to hurry. The assistant manager, James, saw us outside, came out, took care of airing the tire, then took us in and not only personally waited on us, but he wouldn’t let us pay.
