I had ordered breakfast at 10:20am in the morning. The app said my food was ready at 10:29am. I drove to the Panera and waited in the drive thru for OVER AN HOUR. Very disappointed in this Panera.
Two of the three kiosks didn't work. Over half of our order was wrong but they corrected it. Not a busy time of day but several dirty tables. Staff behind the register were nice but the guy in the kitchen acted like we didn't know the difference between a frozen lemonade and a regular one.
I'm new to the area and haven't had Panera Bread in a long time. The food was how I remember it, made very well, proportioned well and delicious. I'll definitely be back!
I went to Panera Bread this morning and accidentally placed my order through the app at the wrong location. Totally my faultI should have been paying closer attention. When I got to the store, Alexis went above and beyond to help me. She made sure I got my order without having to drive all the way to the other location, and she handled the situation with kindness and professionalism.
