The food was good and it’s good as always every time
Food is as expected. Pastries are never fresh, nor will they allow you to choose a fresh item that you can see come out the oven. The bathroom does not get sanatized regularly. The coffee is rarely fresh. It's one of few places in the area with seating, refreshments and wifi to work or study.
Places a to go order and my sandwiches were burnt. They didn't add the avocado i paid extra for. I told the manager the bread was hard and he told me he agrees they should have cooked it 5 seconds less. REALLY. He also said that the bagels get hard when they cool down. I guess this only happens at this location. I usually order from gainesville location. I should have read the reviews. I had to order food because this was inedible. Will contact corporate. Nice, comfortable and very friendly customer service. Sit next to the windows it’s a wonderful view.
