Great place for a business meeting
These guys suck they gave us the completely wrong order completely different soup no mac & cheese incorrect sandwiches never go to this place never eat here and stop wasting your money on this place
I have edited my original review based on the worst today. Rude employee, order was incomplete when I got home and after he accused me of being rude and threatened that I dont need to tell them how to do their job, he claims he's refunding my sandwich and hung up on me. $30 for a whole sandwich and a bowl of Mac & cheese w/bacon and how dare I expect the order to be correct. This has got to be one of the nastiest Paneras I have ever been in. The workers were not friendly and they act like they were just there for a paycheck. The restaurant actually had a very bad smell when we walked in and the bathrooms are in need of a lot of attention. And they were out of a lot of menu items.
