I don’t know why I keep thinking this place will get better. The only good thing is the soup. My “grilled cheese” was two pieces of bread with Kraft singles not even melted. Last time here.
Ordered food inside to bring home. Ella was very friendly and gave us really good sandwiches tonight.
I'm happy this place is still around post covid. Truly, but the food is a little over priced. The service is not very good at times but at others it is just what you need. The atmosphere is wonderful! Most places have gone more the route of hostile architecture. This store still has a fountain drink machine and self serve napkins in the lobby unlike a lot of places. That goes a long way for me.
"DRIVE THRU" is plastered across their building. Imagine my surprise when I arrive and the drive-thru is closed... often. What's the point of having one at all?
