Mediocre soup, dismal customer service and dirty restaurant - dining area and bathrooms.
We went to Panera bread and I ordered the chicken noodle soup and all I got was shreds of chicken and 2 noodles. I reported this instantly and they fixed it immediately. Not as good as it could have been but still awesome.🤙
The front window guy was very nice and cheery. The menu was clear and neat also. I will say their window times are very slow, but I understand they are doing things by hand. They also had some weird bugs by their window and some came in my window, so I don’t know about that one Overall good food though!
This has got to be the worst panera bread ever. A year and a 1/2 to 2 years ago, they did something terrible to a young man that had autism. I saw the whole thing. So I said I would never go back there. Then I thought, you know what, i'm gonna give it another shot! First of all, it starts at the top! The owners... need to properly train the managers of this place. They would do well to reevaluate before they lose the whole business.
