I really hate complaining but I feel like I really need to say something. This Panera Bread is awful the drive thru is always closed. I have had to wait over 30 plus minutes for just a sandwich several times one of those instances I was the only person in the drive thru. The food is delicious but I have been late from my lunch break because of it and it is so frustrating and the food is expensive. I’ve been a frequent customer at Panera, and I always appreciate the consistently great service and welcoming atmosphere. I especially want to give a big shout-out to Lily and the rest of the team. They are always friendly, helpful, and make you feel genuinely appreciated as a customer.
