Terrible food and service waste of time and $$
I messed up the date of my catering order, and the staff was SUPER accommodating and still able to get it ready for me anyway. Of course I know they won't always be able to do this for every order, but the customer service was excellent and the extra effort was really appreciated. I eat here often and always love the food. Thank you Panera!
