Meh. The soup was ok. There was hardly any meat on my turkey sandwich, though. Eating out cost so much these days, it's not worth sticking with a place that isnt up to your standards.
I went to pick up my online order, and when it wasn’t there, I informed the employee. Her response was, ‘That was 30 minutes ago.’ I wasn’t aware that paying customers are given a time limit for picking up their online orders, nor that customers are somehow responsible for theft within the store. A simple response like, ‘Ok, I’ll prepare that for you,’ would have been more appropriate. Some additional customer service training may help employees avoid unnecessary commentary and provide a better experience for customers.
