Love Panera Bread for its bottomless cup, selection of coffees, and bagels. I usually have a cinnamon or whole wheat bagel, toasted well, with cream cheese spread. Delicious! The manager here, Casey, is the best. Always active either in the kitchen or on the floor straightening things and asking if we're ok. Likes to work and is proud of his place. I haven’t been to Panera in years, but was given a gift card. I ordered an iced caramel latte. When it was handed to me it pretty much looked like milk. I tasted it and could hardly taste coffee. I asked if I could add some espresso to it. They took it back and remade it, maybe thinking the machine had malfunctioned or something? Was handed the same thing back.
