Coffees and water for tea are usually cold and staff are reluctant to refill them. Staff seems generally unhappy. Maybe not the best place to work
Ran in and ordered hot chocolate and a large lemonaide blueberry lavender drink. The hot chocolate was just hot milk and the lemonade was so tart it was undeniable. Wasted 13.00 today. Will be cling on Monday to get my money back. I have had both of these drinks many times at other locations. Never been like this. The staff were really lacking on customer service skulls also. Would never go here again.
Dependable
Self select kiosks and then when I ordered hazelnut coffee and finally got the cup the hazelnut pot was empty so I needed to get regular coffee. Although I like Panera and their food in general I have to say I was a little disappointed.
