Waited 20 mins in drive thru for the order once it finally came up the busted bag dripped my chilli all over the place and I didn't have any more time to spare but especially since they where rude about it and thought the matter was funny! No offer to make it right smh
I really like Panera but, today! The girl who's preparing the food is in a bad mood; she made me this sandwich with whatever was left in her pantry. It's missing cheese and tomato. I ordered a Cinnamon Crunch, which I never received. The girl at the counter is very nice, but even she can't cheer up the one in the kitchen who's in a terrible mood.
