If you order on-line for pick up be sure to check that it is correct. Placed an order to be picked up. The receipt had the correct sandwich listed but to my disappointment when I got home and opened it, it was not the correct one.
the sandwiches had chunks of cartilage and other miscellaneous hard white things in there. called their national phone number and have photos. national representatives had to alert this restaurant of the contaminated food. been eating at panera bread for years at other locations (but only a few times at this location), and this is the first time it's happened to me. might be an issue with this location specifically. it's reviews are already really low for a panera bread attached is a photo of one of several hard chunks conta... read more
This Panera was great when it opened and they cared about their customers; now you’re lucky if you don’t have to wait a long time for your food. Or it might not be delivered at all. I’ve placed pick up orders and had to wait 10 minutes after they said it was ready only to have my “whole” salad jammed in a quart soup container, and I’ve ordered delivery and it just never showed up. Terrible service for the expensive price you pay. Go somewhere else.
I love panera and had an amazing experience at this specific location!
