Bringing up the pickup time on a pickup order being told it wasn't ready because your early but will have you waiting ten minutes after the pick up time.

i was here for over 4 hours. they have not came out to clean the lobby once. multiple times it was slow enough. tables covered and the ground covered. lemonade area drinks sat empty all day. i waited over 20 mins for a cup to be placed for my mobile order. staff and manager have not checked the restrooms or dining room once. this is against every health care violation. women’s bathroom does not have any paper towels all day either.

I used to think McDonalds was the worst in terms of overselling their food but Panera claims that top spot. Take a look at the bacon egg and cheese on ciabatta on their website and the look at the picture below. It was Panera or McDonald’s and I choose incorrectly. Their food taste ok (bread is actually dry) but price to value is not there. I gave them 2 stars and that was generous.

My family and I arrived at 8:30 PM, knowing the restaurant closed at 9:00 PM. While we were being helped, the manager came over and yelled at the employee assisting us, saying the restaurant was closed. The way the situation was handled was extremely rude and unprofessional. We were then told that if we wanted food, we would have to get it to go. I understand that staff are eager to close at the end of the night, but there was still time before the posted closing hour. I've tried their French Onion soup and it was delicious, the girl at the counter was super friendly and helpful, she offered fan favorite sandwich with meat, and it went well with onion soup, everything was fresh as they advertise. My kids love Panera and I should visit them more often.
