Jeff did what many don't when I put Extra Chipotle sauce on my order, he actually put extra! Walked in expecting food, left with trust issues. We had to order ourselves on a touch screen. Took us 10 minutes to navigate a menu that felt like a pop quiz. Then we waited at the "Rapid Express" pickup area—which is apparently named ironically—because it took 18 minutes. That's not "rapid," that's just expressively slow.
