drive through times are ridiculous. waiting over 15 minutes for one sandwich makes people go elsewhere for work breaks. need to improve drive through speed asap.
I ordered a sliced tomato basil bread that was completely squished on one side. I also ordered cinnamon, asiago, and everything asiago bagels. They put them all in the same bag so the cinnamon tasted like everything bagel seasoning. It was so gross I had to throw it away. I was there with my child so wasn't watching the worker while they prepared my items. I didn't see this mess until I got home and unpacked my order.
Panera bread has never failed me always at par!
Very disappointing! I had the Carnitas bowl. The rice tasted burnt, no Avacado was in the bowl. The bread tasted old, nothing tasted fresh.
I had a really positive experience with this Panera Bread location. I called thinking there had been a mistake with my order, but it turned out I had misunderstood something on my end. I spoke with the general manager, Emily, and she handled it incredibly well. She kindly walked me through what happened and explained everything clearly, but more importantly, she did it in a way that didn’t make me feel embarrassed or foolish at all.
