I recently visited this Panera location for a to-go order, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. While waiting for my food, I noticed the employees in the back laughing, dancing, and joking around instead of focusing on preparing orders. None of them were wearing hairnets or hats, and a couple had AirPods in. When one employee mentioned that guests were watching, they didn’t seem to care and continued messing around.
