Extremely disrespectful short Hispanic woman with glasses responded extremely rudely when I asked if I’m able to grab the order since it was in the kitchen counter. Won’t ever come back
This Panera restaurant is as good or better than any other, however... The quality of the bagels at all Paneras (I've been to many) is terrible since they changed their baking methodology. How shall I put this delicately.... they suck now. Sorry Panera, but it's true - you really ruined a good thing. Now to reiterate, this Panera restaurant is as good a Panera you will find. My comments are related to upper Panera management, which has ruined a good thing. 🙁
Was swore at and threatened by the kitchen staff after they messed up my order, the manager said he had no control , total disgrace of a company.
