Very disappointing! I had the Carnitas bowl. The rice tasted burnt, no Avacado was in the bowl. The bread tasted old, nothing tasted fresh.
I had a really positive experience with this Panera Bread location. I called thinking there had been a mistake with my order, but it turned out I had misunderstood something on my end. I spoke with the general manager, Emily, and she handled it incredibly well. She kindly walked me through what happened and explained everything clearly, but more importantly, she did it in a way that didn’t make me feel embarrassed or foolish at all. I used to love Panera, but today I was reminded why I stopped going. The portions are extremely small and the price is ridiculous! I got a small Mac and cheese and the total was $8.26 mind you it was like a scoop full and it taste like air!
