Met with s group of ladies (8 people) here and everything was wonderful.
Just slowly going downhill, constantly removing popular items, cutting portions, and raising prices. Seems as though owners are deliberately driving the entire chain into the ground. We don't go there half as often as we once did, and I don't see that trend reversing anytime soon.
Often wait for a long time, the attitude of the service staff needs to be improved
To be honest the workers were nice, minus the broccoli cheddar soup I had was a no for me, I thought the food was gonna be good turned out terrible. Next time I'll get something much better.
I love Panera Bread. I always like a Greek salad with either soup (broccoli cheese) or a sandwich. Panera Bread has never disappointed me...
