Honestly, usually this location is really great. I’ve been going there a lot lately because they have the new breakfast deal 6.99$ I love their hazelnut coffee so every time we go we asked to upgrade the coffee to a large and usually it’s not a problem like obviously I’m paying the charge yesterday. I called to put an order in over the phone in a lady named OLA is telling me they don’t do that. I said I’ll pay the charge like we don’t do that. I was like I come in a lot and they do it for me.
