My wife and I had a great experience at the Panera in Trussville, thanks to an employee named Luca. She was incredibly patient, answered all of our questions, and helped us correct our order without any frustration at all. It’s rare to find customer service this friendly and attentive. Luca is a major reason we’ll be coming back to this location. Panera is lucky to have someone like her on the team!
The food is always good quality and the staff members are extremely friendly and helpful
The food was good, but the portion size was disappointing — I ordered a bowl and it was closer to a cup at most other restaurants. The dining area is always uncomfortably cold, which makes it hard to relax and enjoy your meal. It’s also difficult to find a clean table, as many are occupied by students who aren’t eating but using the space to study or hang out.
