My order was stolen last week from this location. When I was standing asking for help I was ignored several times while the employees laughed. Once I reported my order was missing they did not communicate with me what was going on with my order status. I asked the time status on my order, and the female manager slammed her hands on the counter yelling loudly at me “It will be right here when you come back”. Ordered at 12:50p. Finally got text saying order was ready @ 1:07. They just bumped my order off their screen to avoid the ticket time because my order was not ready until 1:25. I have never seen a staff with this much lack of urgancy. It was sad to see. Also no croutons with soup and sandwich was sad.

I enjoyed my Birthday 🎂 Cookie. 🍪🥳 I prefer their Dark Roast Coffee ☕ with a couple shots of Chocolate Syrup...Yum! Definitely worth a try when you're stuck at Hillcrest Hospital! 🏥

Continually out of menu items. No sense of urgency and serving the customer. I went twice while my dad was in the hospital and both times there were items missing from the bag.
