My daughter and I stopped in for our very first visit to a Panera last week. We chose to go midmorning because she wanted breakfast and I wanted lunch. There was a small mixup regarding what time soup is available, as the website and their location practice were off by thirty minutes. Kimberley handled things so smoothly and professionally. I am completely flabbergasted at how expensive their vegetarian sandwiches and salads are. Why would anyone pay $14 for lettuce and fruit? I did once and never again.
