Just went through the drive thru and was told that my bakery item was available, charge ld me for it, and it was in fact not available. she offered to replace it with cookies, then gave me the wrong cookies.
The new bagel sandwiches are amazing! A must try!
The customer service lacks a lot. I finally decided to write a review because I’ve been to this location several times and every time when you go to the counter to pickup, no one acknowledges you, no one asks if you are picking up, and they purposely avoid making eye contact. They will continue to have conversation among themselves and see you standing there but avoid you at all cost.
