We got lucky and ordered a decent sandwich. This location stated they " have no pumpkin cinnamon rolls just today" - after I asked if they made them in house. They have not had these for quite a while. Last week, I ordered some, and instead of REFUNDING my money- especially when I requested NO substitutions, they gave me regular cinnamon rolls instead. Unsat. Not acceptable.
I love Panera - this time, though was a drive through pick-up, no time to dwell on atmosphere!
