Probably the slowest Panera I’ve ever been to. Waited over an hour for food. Food is still a decent quality, but I’ve been to far busier locations with less employees and got my food within 15 minutes.
Waited 63 minutes for one meal. I totally understand being busy but a heads up for the wait time would’ve been nice.
Sandwiches were way too small for the price and mostly bread….. not much meat or cheese at all. Workers are often serious or rude.
Ordered on the app. The app said it would take 25 minutes which is not great. But it told another 25 beyond that! 50 minutes for a fast casual restaurant? That’s not fast. That’s aggravating
