Decided to order since I was getting work done. The food portion was so small compared to what I paid for it. The staff are very rude including some lady who might be the manager. The worst part is the place is very unclean. Like it literally feels like something is crawling on you as you walk throughout the building.
I have ordered here ahead of time twice because I have a 30 minute lunch break, and both times I have not been able to eat or even receive my meal because my food is not ready within those 30 minutes. I have had to request two separate refunds from Panera bread, BUT I CANNOT USE THEM ON MY NEXT ORDER BECAUSE THE FOOD TAKES LONGER THAN 30 MINUTES. Waited for more than 1 hour and the staff were rude. Even if the food had actually tasted good, I wouldn’t have felt that way after my horrible experience here. Never coming back again.
