Longest experience I have had at a drive thru. The lady didn’t know how to ring in a cold brew coffee. Waited 15 minutes at least. I think the lady took her 15 minute break.
Great service
The general manager, Kaiden is an amazing guy. He’s friendly, and he makes sure his workers do right every time. Ever since he became the GM at this Panera, I’ve seen tremendous improvement and growth within the way the store looks and how the workers act. He deserves 5 stars for his amazing work !
