I visit this Panera location often and consistently have a great experience. The food is always fresh, and the calm environment makes it a perfect place to relax or get some work done. The staff is friendly and clearly well trained, which makes each visit enjoyable. Back again! For the second time to get give them another chance. However, we didn’t even get our food! We pulled in at 8:40pm they close at 9pm. We tried to go through the drive through but they decided today they wanted to close early! The girl working ran out and put the damn orange cones right at the beginning of the drive through laughing and on her phone while we were pulling in the parking lot! So funny I almost forgot to laugh! Well, no more chances at this Panera! ;)
Stopoed in with a friend after a trip to the gym. The Cesar salad was awful. Wilted, slightly brown and tasteless. I ordered a bowl of onion soup and received a cup. Your associates do not listen and communicate well. And you consistently close the drive through. ??? Very concerning.
