Tuna salad sandwich & decaf coffee was good
I wanted to check out the new location, so we stopped for our favorite beverage, since we ate lunch before an appointment, and it was too early for dinner. They were busy, but only one young man was at the counter, and he was listening to a customer on the phone. Eventually, a young lady approached and accepted my beverage order. Very disappointing, they forget two soups which happens a lot, in pick up. Refused to give any compensation, asked me to drive back and pick it up. We are clients that ordering on a weekly basis, the manager didn’t take responsibility and made me feel like I’m in the wrong. This is not the kind of service I expect
