The floor is so sticky & dirty its horrible! Walking around sounds like you have cleats on. They toss your extra bread in the bag unwrap, very unpresentable!
Mistakenly I ordered a hot caramel latte with half n half, but I wanted iced. They agreed to remake. An older woman with gray hair in a pony tail, with glasses and green shirt clearly showed she was upset discussing my order with another associate. She did remake my drink but it was a black iced coffee. The second drink attempt, looked like they took that same iced coffee but added the half n half to it. What shocked me was her behavior towards a customer. She was flustered and intimidating.
Not the biggest Panera out there but very easy to navigate. Very quick service and friendly people. Plenty of seating especially for my work which I frequently do at Panera
