That being said: Panera’s dependence on apps and smartphones for ordering and notifications removes accountability from the store and blows customer service to bits. music is way too loud in here. Its blasting, you cant have a proper converstation
i ordered a bread bowl but they didn’t have one so i got 4 pieces of bread and soup instead lol, wasn’t notified and already paid but im a bread lover so i wasn’t too mad. also wish there was a more designated waiting area for pick up orders, i was kinda just standing around awkwardly.
Not all it's cracked up to be. Expensive small servings. Really going down hill
