I ordered online from the Panera website for delivery from this location. My order arrived incomplete and with none of the requested modifications made to my items. There was no function to request a refund for the missing items / missing customization. I sent an email reporting the issues and Panera says it can't get back to me for five days... I tried calling the store directly and no one answered the phone. Apparently this store just steals your money without delivering the food you order. Update: Corporate never got back... read more
