Milla is a great cashier always when I arrived Panera she is smile always and very sweet girl
Regular Panera customer We had a bad experience where our vegetarian sandwiches had pieces of meat When we pointed it out to the manager he was unapologetic and said "cross contamination happens what do you want me to do about it" All we expected was an apology and that they will be more careful next time but I guess it is too much to ask.
Pretty good for a Panera, exactly what you'd want and expect. Service is usually pretty quick and the staff are very friendly. The food is good for the most part but sometimes the quality might not be the same, it really depends.
