Next time I'm having complications with my brain surgery I'll just drive myself to Charlotte. What a horrible, uncaring ER. Clearly administration is the problem. They are always too busy to help anyone. The ER is in desperate need of more resources. Hire more staff. Get better managers. Pay nurses more. Nothing reminds you what a third world country we've become like terrible healthcare.
Wonderful employees,doctors, kitchen staff etc. They truly focus on your health and getting you well and not patched up. Great food.
