Waited five minutes at the drive-thru microphone and ten minutes before someone came to the window. Mind you, there is no one else eating or ordering inside or in the drive-thru. Meanwhile, I’m seeing workers walking around inside like no one wants to work the window. First and last time coming here.
Note that I paid $1.39 for this piece of avocado.. smh… I guess Panera robbing their customers now too. I won’t be back here. I’m sure you don’t care but still it’s dirty to think it’s okay. Whoever decided to treat customers like this and whoever made the order may you know how it feels every time you order out. Good things don’t come to scum.
They used to have souffles available till they ran out between 10:30 and noon. But I guess they don't do that anymore. I really enjoyed getting one of those after my morning workout. Disappointing.
I have not stopped here in many years as I moved to a different side of town but since I was in the area I decided to stop in and sadly it wasn't a great experience. First I stood at the counter only to be ignored and after making contact with the staff she still didn't greet me, say one minute please, someone will be with you or anything.. she just turned to the bagel cutter and kept working. Nice atmosphere for family and/or dates. I notice a lot of people working on their computers which is cool too. I recommend the soup and pizza.
