Drive thru is always closed, very slow and rude staff.
People here could care less if you get your food. Waited 45 minutes for soup that they never called my name for. Was sitting in the to go shelf for who knows how long. Got home - 1 (out of 4) soups in the bag!
8:30am- They are consistently out of something when we order. And to make matters worse, the drive thru girl was absolutely rude, passive aggressive and had zero guest service skills. Not to mention she was taking all the time in the world to get us our order out. Attention general manager, please help your staff learn how to order your items so they’re available! Moreover, hire some people who at least smile and speak kindly. Because the girl this morning was NOT it! 😢🙃
