I've been to the panera in springdale and rogers. But Fayetteville has the absolute best crew. Always positive, always professional, and timely service. My man on the food line in the mornings is the best when ur craving a toasted Italiano. If the manager sees this let your staff know how much u appreciate them.

Don’t order a sweet tea, at least in the drive-thru, you’ll get an unsweetened tea instead
This location has terrible service and they don’t even care. I have had more than several experiences like this but this week it happened twice. The first time, my food was never put on the shelf until an employee asked if I was waiting for something. The bag that sat there for 20 minutes AFTER the app said it was ready? Yes that is mine.
