This place always seems under staffed with staff telling us it would take 20 minutes to get our order if we chose to stay. Seemed like they were encouraging us to leave. It was up within 10 minutes!! Tables have not been wiped off between client at least 3 times when I was there including today. I moistened a napkin and wiped off the crumbs on my table before we sat down - not at all inviting! It seems the quality at this location has really gone done at a place that was one of my favorites in Eau Claire.😔

I generally love Panera Bread. This particular one wasn't very clean. It looked like the floor hasn't been swept in a couple days. There also was not even a third of the amount of chicken that comes on a chipotle chicken avocado sandwich at any other one of their restaurants. I think this one store needs a little leadership...
Dan al cliente lo que quieren y no lo que uno pide. E ido 2 veces y nunca me dan el sandwich que es. Pedí en una ocasión uno completo y me vendieron la mitad. Y esta última vez pido uno con carne y nunca le colocaron la carne y por la carne le pusieron tomates. Uno llega a su casa y se encuentra con las sorpresas. No vuelvo a ir a este lugar.
