Been a Panera fan for most of my life, but this location just isn’t it. The food was okay, but the hygiene really needs improvement. I don’t know why this place has become so smelly lately — it definitely wasn’t like this two years ago. Honestly, I’m pretty sure they may have a rat problem. The kitchen area also looked dirty and poorly maintained.
I came here, picking up an order for DoorDash. The woman with the ombre hair, seemingly Brazilian was extremely rude to me. She didn’t acknowledge me, when I asked her politely for the name on the order, she demanded that I show her the screen Even after I verbally told her the name on the order multiple times.
