I’ve gone to this Panera a few times and it’s been fine but today, I came in early and bought food here, employees saw me order and pick up my food to eat inside. They decided to have an officer come up to me and say “the staff noticed that you’ve been here a while and haven’t ordered anything” I said I ordered food and ate it already. Last month, my daughter had her wisdom teeth removed, and one of the only foods she wanted/could eat following surgery was the grilled chicken used for salads. I initially went to the Panera in Schaumburg (Schaumburg and Barrington), but I was told no, we cannot give you a side of grilled chicken because "we can't ring it up." (?)
