Taylor the GM is awesome always smiling very easy to talk to while on site. All the employees are kind. They are amazing people and provide wonderful customer service. It’s always an pleasant experience going here to do preventative maintenance
Worst Panera on the planet. Ordered ahead doesn’t help drive thru pickup. After 10 minutes got in drive thru line, waited 25 minutes, got to front of line and the order wasn’t even ready. Manager didn’t even offer to comp. Not sure how this place stays in business, they should be embarrassed. To top it off the manager accused me of screaming at the employee at the window when I did no such thing. I talked sternly and raised my voice slightly. Absolute joke of a Panera.
All of the tables and counters were dirty and hadn't been cleaned in a while. There were hardly any clean tables and the floor had so much food and trash all over it!
