This was the worst Panera Bread I have ever been to. I was driving through and this is my first time here. The cashier incorrectly entered in my soup as chicken rice creamy soup. I found this out after I received my food and told the young guy that I ordered chicken noodle. He said "it says rice chicken soup". I said " it may say that but I specifically told the cashier chicken noodle". He just said the same thing and argued that it said chicken and rice. He refused to replace it and just said sorry. Ordered a cappuccino, regular coffee and a chocolate chip cookie All their coffees were cold. The cappuccino had no foam on it at all. Lots of seating available but most of the tables were dirty.
I ordered the Chipotle Avocado sandwich, but there was no avocado in it. The other sandwich we ordered had avocado, so they did have it. Since avocado is usually an extra charge, it was a bit disappointing. Just a reminder to check your order before leaving.
