Online order for food and coffee. Paid $20 for food and coffee. All Coffee was empty and they had not started the brewing. 4 people waited for coffee included myself! Food was cold by the time they finished brewing my coffee. What is the point of placing an online order if your coffee isn’t brewed and prepared to pick up with your food?

I just wanted to give a shout out to Hannah for being so wonderful. I was in several weeks ago and I was having an issue with my food and she graciously helped me out.
