We had a great experience today. Abby was our cashier and she went above and beyond with customer service and making sure we were well taken care of. So much so that I felt like a VIP customer! The food was perfect and very fresh! We will be back.

Comfortable and the food is great
Super friendly Panera bread location, always met with excellent customer service, genuine, smiles, super clean facilities, freshly baked cookies, and very very fresh coffee beverages. This whole area of Columbus has definitely increased in popularity, do largely to the expansion of the Columbus Metropolitan area.
