This place keeps getting more dirty every time I go. The last time I went there was feces on the bathroom floor and the toilet seat was broken. I always see homeless people hanging out there and the tables and surfaces are not regularly wiped down.
Hello ya'll I've been to this Panera Bread a few dozen times before I moved to the beautiful Bakersfield still haven't visited that one yet. Anyway this locate is still good service, clean, it's been enlarged and still pleasant to dine in. So Panera thanks for the healthy food I do recommend you visit. Regards JD Wilson-Hawkins

Staff behind the counter was glued to their phone. They did let me know where to pick up my order, but after the screen showed it was ready, I still had to wait several minutes. Someone finally came over and just bluntly said "Hi" without asking my name, then started grabbing a bagel to toast it. I took it untoasted since I was in a hurry. Zero friendliness, no apology, and no explanation. Bagel was good.
