03/04/26 UPDATE: Raising my atmosphere rating from 3/5 to 4/5. Over the past month or so, this location has felt noticeably calmer, cleaner, and better managed. The space has been much more comfortable to work in, with fewer disruptions and a more welcoming overall tone. Cleanliness in particular has improved a lot, with tables and common areas being maintained much more consistently than before. They have by far the most complicated menu and service I have ever encountered, with options that can be a bit overwhelming at first. However, the food and drinks are consistently quite decent, and while dining here can get expensive, I happily return time and again because the staff provide exceptional service that is worth every penny. Their attention to detail, friendliness, and professionalism make the overall experience truly memorable, turning a potentially stressful ordering process into a pleasurable dining outing.
