I have been buying bread at Panera for several years. Over the last few months I noticed that the large loaves had significantly more/larger holes in them. See attached slices of the large country rustic loaf. When I suggested to the manager (young woman) that they should consider giving me a discount to compensate for the 10% less bread, the curt response was "that's how our bread is". I guess they don't care much about my business.
Excellent service and food was very good.
No urgency at this place. Everytime I come they wait like 10min to even say hi at the intercom.. then another 10 or even longer to get to the window and get your food
Good food and quick service. Booths, tables and chairs were clean. No complaints.
It's official I am giving up. After years of loving Panera, this location in particular consistently messes up my breakfast. Someone's else's sandwich mixed in my bag, three times burnt sandwich, wrong bread.... And what happened to the chai, Yuck! Forget this place if you want the correct food, food that isn't burnt and that original chai flavor.
