Do not order from this Panera, especially through the app. They rarely get your order right and if they are out of something, rather than refund you, they give you other menu items you didn’t ask for. Poor communication and lack of care for their customers.
went above and beyond!! they accidentally forgot turkey on my half turkey sandwich… they ended up making me a whole new sandwich (whole) and gave me a pastry.. i wish i got the two names that were so pleasant. thank you!
Today I went to Panera while extremely hungry and excited to eat. My friend and I ordered two Pick Two meals with avocado chipotle sandwiches, chips for her, and apple slices for me. We received a tiny moldy apple, stale chips, and only one sandwich instead of two. After a long wait and multiple mistakes with our order, I left feeling very disappointed and frustrated with the experience.
