This Panera is in a convenient location in the Galter Pavilion of Northwestern Hospital. I got a latte when passing through and it was quick and easy to order. And the latte was delicious!
Recommend: one of the few Paneras now in the city I feel. Overall this place was alright, does the job to get a bite in the hospital. This one is on the second floor.
Waited 30minutes for a bowl & sandwich! And it was awful…
All I asked for is a morning iced coffee. Everything is spread out at this store location and you have to ask the employees for specific condiments just for coffee. I politely asked one of the employees for liquid sugar for my coffee. He asked how many pumps would I like. I told him 5 pumps and he rolled his eyes at me and went in the back and got it. I know for a fact I was not rude to him. Don't take your bad attitude out on customers if you don't want to come to work. Very poor customer service.
