2 stars to match how many pieces of bread I got for $10. it was supposed to be a loaf of bread.
Our order was 13 minutes late🫥. Not to say that it was that important for it to be exactly on time, but what if someone else would be running late and needed a quick snack, but it was delayed for THAT much?
The staff is very rude
They often get my order wrong, run out bagels and when they close for maintenance they often forget to disable the ordering app, so when I come get my food I realize is close so now I have to waste time of my lunch to go elsewhere. Also making sure I get my refund for the order I never got is so inconvenient.
