Ordered tomato Basil BLT . Bread was supposed to be toasted but wasn't. Bread and all other ingredients were fresh out of the fridge ice cold. If I wanted a cold sandwich I would have gone right next door to Subway. I'm very disappointed and will not buy from Panera again.
The young lady at the counter was very friendly, well all of the staff was friendly, and as always my food was good. The only little thing was no croutons in my French onion soup.
