Never have what I want available. Had wait over 15 minutes for a soup.
Ordered tomato Basil BLT . Bread was supposed to be toasted but wasn't. Bread and all other ingredients were fresh out of the fridge ice cold. If I wanted a cold sandwich I would have gone right next door to Subway. I'm very disappointed and will not buy from Panera again.
